Why Carhartt blanks are quoted per job
You will not find a Carhartt blank price on this site. That is on purpose. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator and respects Carhartt's minimum advertised pricing. Here is what that means for your quote.
What MAP is
MAP stands for minimum advertised price. Brands like Carhartt set a floor on the price that sellers may advertise publicly. It protects the brand's retail partners and keeps public pricing consistent. An authorized decorator that respects MAP does not post Carhartt prices below that floor on public pages.
The simplest way to respect it is the way we do it: no public blank number at all, and a per-job quote instead.
What an authorized decorator is
Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. We source Carhartt blanks through SanMar and S&S Activewear. The garments are genuine Carhartt.
What is published

Why the blank line changes
Carhartt blank cost varies by style, color and size. Extended sizes often cost more. A heavyweight Rain Defender style costs more than a midweight pullover. That is why the quote shows the blank per style, and sometimes per size range.
Comparing quotes
- Compare the decoration lines on their own. Ours are published.
- Check the stitch count each shop assumes; a cheap quote can assume a small count.
- Ask whether digitizing is one time or per order.
- Ask whether the shop is an authorized decorator for the brand.

Worked example
A buyer asks for 48 Carhartt midweight hoodies with a 7,000-stitch left-chest logo. The decoration line is ($5.50 + 1 x $1.00) = $6.50 per piece, $312.00 for 48, plus $18.99 digitizing, for $330.99 in decoration. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately on the same quote, per size range if extended sizes cost more.
Every number on the decoration side of that quote can be checked against this site. Only the blank line is quoted, and that is the line set by Carhartt's pricing policy, not by us.
Customer-supplied Carhartt
If you already bought Carhartt hoodies at retail, you can send them in. Handling is $2 per item plus decoration, and there is no blank line at all. Plan on the industry-standard spoilage allowance of about 4%; we aim for zero.

Decoration prices are public and fixed by tier. The Carhartt blank is quoted per job. Ask for a quote and you get both, usually the same business day, with nothing hidden in between.
