Custom Carhartt hoodie pricing
Decoration is published; the Carhartt blank is quoted per job with Carhartt's minimum advertised pricing respected. Embroidery is priced per piece for one location up to 6,000 stitches, then each additional 1,000 stitches adds a set amount by tier. These are Battle Born Clothing's Apparel Pro rates.

Leather patch ladder
Laser-engraved on our OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser. Heat-bonded with our own process on a two-platen press, or sewn on for $4-6 more per piece. The ladder drops $0.50 every 24 pieces.

Screen print and DTF on Carhartt
Screen printing and DTF transfers on Carhartt hoodies are quoted per job. Screens are $20 per screen per color, and dark garments carry a $0.25 flash charge per piece. DTF transfers are produced by a Carson City, Nevada partner and pressed in our shop.

Customer-supplied Carhartt hoodies
Bought your own? We decorate them for a $2 per item handling fee plus the decoration price. Plan on the industry-standard spoilage allowance of about 4%; we aim for zero, and our own errors are redone free.

Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Rush is quoted per job: put your in-hand date on the quote form.

A 5,000-stitch left-chest logo at the 48-59 tier is $5.50 per piece. 48 x $5.50 = $264.00, plus $18.99 digitizing = $282.99 for decoration. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately.

Left chest up to 6,000 stitches at 24-47 is $6.00. An 18,000-stitch back is $6.00 + 12 x $1.00 = $18.00. Decoration is $24.00 per piece, 24 x $24.00 = $576.00, plus 2 x $18.99 digitizing = $613.98. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately.

Pullovers, zip-fronts and crewnecks counted together reach the 80+ tier: $4.00 per piece up to 6,000 stitches. 100 x $4.00 = $400.00, plus $18.99 digitizing = $418.99. Each Carhartt blank is quoted separately.

The 24-47 patch rate is $7.50; sewn on adds $4-6, so $11.50-13.50 per piece, or $345.00-405.00 for 30. The Carhartt blank is quoted separately.
